Resolve IPMI ipKVM keyboard and mouse issues.

The remote keyboard and mouse will not work on IPMI ipKVM with the following reason:

1. Operating system doesn't support USB 3.0 , such as Windows Server 2008 R2.

The Windows Server 2008 R2 does not officially bundle with USB 3.0 driver, the remote keyboard and mouse might not work when customer install the OS by using their own ISO installer. Customer is required to inject the driver into their ISO installer.

The USB 3.0 driver can be downloaded from here : https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/22824/Intel-USB-3-0-eXtensible-Host-Controller-Driver-for-Intel-8-9-100-Series-and-Intel-C220-C610-Chipset-Family?product=65855

Our Windows Server 2008 R2 template has the USB 3.0 driver injected and tested to guarantee it is fully supported regardless to the specification of server.

2. Java client version too old.

For those server with USB 3.0 driver installed but still unable to manipulate from the IPMI ipKVM console, please ensure you are running on the latest version of Java.

We encourage customer to run it on Java Version 8 onward.
